A caster is wheeled device typically mounted to a larger object that enables relatively easily rolling movement of the object. Casters are essentially housings, that include a wheel and mounting to install the caster to objects (equipment, apparatus and more). Casters are found virtually everywhere, from office desk chairs to shipyards, and from hospital beds to automotive factories. They come in a variety opf sizes, either swivel or fixed.

Diamond Paste is water-based polishing compound used to smooth surfaces and sharpen metal blades. The fine diamond powder within the compound is abrasive and gently sands the surface of an object. You can use diamond paste on metal surfaces as well as ceramic, glass, and other mineral products.

Multi-purpose greases are called traditional or conventional greases. They are recommended everywhere when contstraints remain “moderate”. These are the greases with the best price/performance ratio and they have proved their worth over a long time. They are suitable for all types of general lubrication.

Lapping paste is a mixture of hard abrasive particles in a suitable base. The base can be oil-based like grease or water soluble lubricant. The hard particles used are carborandum, aluminum oxide, silica or silicon carbide, glass, boron carbide etc. Lapping pastes are used for controled removal and are used for the close mating of surfaces and for removing rust and brightening a metal surface. The lapping pastes are graded from extra coarse to extra fine. The larger the grit rating of the lapping paste, the finer is the paste.

A hand trolley is an L-shaped box moving hand cart with handles at one end, wheels at the base with a small ledge to set objects on, flat against the floor when the hand-trolley is upright. The trolley and the object are then tilted backwards until the weight is balanced over the large wheels, making otherwise bulky and heavy objects easier to move.

Key stocks are used in power transmission to transmit torque between a shaft and a shaft-mounted component such as a gear, pulley or coupling. Both the shaft and the component must be machined with a keyway of the appropriate size and style for the key to be used.

A chain block is a mechanism used to lift and lower heavy loads using a chain. Chain blocks contain two wheels around which the chain is wound. When the chain is pulled, it winds around the wheels and begins to lift the item that is attached to the rope or chain via a hook. They can also be attached to lifting slings or chain bags to lift the load more evenly. They are used in garages where they are able to remove engines from cars easily. Because they can be operated by one person, they are a wornderfully efficient way to complete jobs which may have taken more than two workers to do. Chain blocks are used on constructions sites where they can lift loads from higher levels, in assembly line factories to lift items to and from from the belt and sometiems even to winch cars from a treacherous terrain. They come in a wide variety of capacities making them suitable for a wide range of operations.

Magnets can be used to lift up metal objects of any size depending on the sstrength of the magnet.

Cutting Oils, compounds provides outstanding performance on all cuts and on all metals in any operation thereby doubling tool life and giving an excellent surface finish. By using the compounds, we can reduce breakages and therefore minimize waste. Performs well under extreme pressure.

Unmodified nylon is very strong, rigid, and has one of the highest melting points. It is commonly specified for screw machined electrical insulators and food contact parts. It is a strong, stiff engineering plastic with outstanding bearing and wear properties. Nylon is frequently used to replace metal bearings and bushings often eliminating the need for external lubrication. Other benefits include a reduction in part weight, less operating noice, and decreased wear on mating parts. It has good chemical resistance and is easy to fabricte and machine. Nylon is widely used for bearings and bushings, gears, wear pads, packaging machinery parts, food processing machinery parts, wheels, rollers, seals and gaskets.
